If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Because every frame is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Our products are not mass-produced or stored in a warehouse — each one is made specifically for the customer.
